Thanks for visiting us! We are currently in the middle of a move to a new location that is being built. So for now we are shutting down the website for orders. We will still have jerky available locally at the Urban on the Bayou Farmer's Market located at the Carrot Patch in Thibodaux every Saturday morning 8am to 12pm(noon) starting in February. Our goal is to create unique snacks for everyone to enjoy by exploring different flavors. Using freeze drying and dehydrating technology allows us to preserve snacks to last longer than regular commercial brands. Keeping our items fresher than the big name brands.
